Step 1: Determine Your Business Structure

Sole Trader:

  • File Self-Assessment (SA100)
  • Include business pages (SA103)
  • Personal tax return with business income

Limited Company:

  • File Corporation Tax return (CT600)
  • Directors' file personal Self-Assessment
  • Separate company and personal obligations

Partnership:

  • Partnership return (SA800)

Step 2: Gather Essential Documents

Financial Records:
