The Shining Star award was received for our efforts throughout the pandemic; we helped our clients gain over £1.5 million of funding through furlough and government grants. We felt it was our moral duty to see them succeed in times of hardship, and charging them when they were struggling did not fit in with our family values, so we didn’t. We did this to help those struggling and did not expect any recognition; however, it was very nice to know it was appreciated.
